Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY - Our spa treatments are reserved especially for you. Full payment of any service is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Paying for a service in advance is non-refundable. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours of notice or no-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. This is considered as a "Late Cancel". You will have to go back online, reschedule your appointment and pay in full again - in order to confirm your future appointment. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy to ensure you receive the best service possible. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
