Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY- Our spa treatments are reserved especially for you. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. All advance payments are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we require at least 24 hours' notice. With proper notice, the full amount paid will remain as a credit on your account for future services. Credits are valid for 6 months from the original appointment date and are non-transferable. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the full payment with no credit offered. We value your time and ours, and this policy ensures we can provide the best service to all clients. We appreciate your understanding. By booking your appointment, you agree to our policies.
