If you need to reschedule, we require at least 24 hours' notice. With proper notice, the full amount paid will remain as a credit on your account for future services. Credits are valid for 6 months from the original appointment date and are non-transferable. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the full payment with no credit offered.
